Change / reschedule your travel date in Hong Kong Airlines:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.hkairlines.com/en_HK/hx/homepage
- Go to “Manage Booking”
- Click “Change dates/Flights” (or) “Cancel booking”
- Enter “18-digit order number or 13-digit e-Ticket number”.
- Click “Manage Booking”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Hong Kong Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.hkairlines.com/en_HK/hx/homepage
- Go to “Flying with us”
- Select “Refund”
- For flight ticket refund, please enter the “Order Number or E-ticket Number”, “First Name” and “Last Name”.
- Click “Refund”.
