How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in IndiGo Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in IndiGo:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.goindigo.in/change-flight.html
- Enter the PNR/booking reference and Last Name
- Select ‘Change flight’
- And then Select your flight
- Select preferred date
- Choose new preferred flight
- Select ‘Finish’ and your flight is changed.
How to get refund from IndiGo airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- You can receive a full refund and keep hold of your ticket and use it to fly later after checking the ticket. Follow the procedure here. (or)
- Go to “Home” and Click ‘Refund’ .
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable. (Check Refund Status Online)
Refund on an unused, partially used and unused ticket
- If you want to refund unused ticket, You have to cancel the ticket through “Refund“
- Some tickets are not refundable once you’ve started your trip, there may be a cancellation charge, or just a portion of the fare can be refunded
Through IndiGo Servce / Call Centre
- Call the IndiGo customer care to initiate the refund request

Through travel agent
- If you have booked a IndiGo flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
