How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Qatar Airways?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Qatar:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.qatarairways.com/en/homepage.html
- Go to “My Trips”
- Enter the booking reference/e-ticket number, passenger last name
- Click “Retrieve booking”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Qatar Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Go to “My Trips” and Click ‘Retrieve booking’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Qatar ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Qatar Call Centre
- You can contact Qatar Airways customer care for refund.
- Enter the name, email, phone number
- Enter the Qatar ticket number, booking reference
- Enter the passenger name
- Click ‘Submit’
- Your request will be processed manually by the Qatar Airways customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Qatar Airways flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
