How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Qazaq Air?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Qazaq Air:
Through Qazaq Air My bookings section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.flyqazaq.com/en/
- Go to the “My bookings” section, select what you want to change.
- Enter Passengers last name & Book number or ticket number.
- Click “Continue”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
How to get refund from Qazaq Air for unused / partially used flight tickets?

- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
