How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia)?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Saudi Arabia:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.saudia.com/
- Go to ‘Manage my booking’
- Enter the booking reference number and passenger last name (or)
- Enter E-Ticket number, last name
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.saudia.com/travel-with-saudia/manage/refund to get refund on tickets/EMD online.
- Go to “Menu” and Click ‘Refund’ under Manage
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Saudi Arabian ticket number/EMD No., Last name and other details, if any
- Click “Submit”.
Through Saudi Arabian Call Centre
- You can contact to Phone: 920022222, if your number has not registered in the PNR. If you are calling from Outside of Saudi Arabia, please contact Saudi Arabia Sales Call Centers.
- If you are a Alfursan member, you can login with your profile through “My Trips” to cancel/refund for your ticket (or) contact Saudi Arabia call center.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Saudi Arabian customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Saudi Arabia flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
