How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in SpiceJet Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in SpiceJet:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.spicejet.com/
- Go to “Manage Booking”
- Enter the PNR/Ticket Number, Email ID/Last name (or)
- Login with SpiceClub – enter Mobile number/Email ID
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from SpiceJet airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://changes.spicejet.com/index.html#/
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter PNR number, Email and passenger last name
- Click “Submit”.
Through SpiceJet Call Centre
- Please contact SpiceJet customercare:+91 (0)124 4983410, +91 (0)124 7101600 for refunds.
- Your request will be processed manually by the SpiceJet Airline customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a SpiceJet flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
