- Go to “Manage Booking”
- Enter PNR/Booking Reference
- Enter Last Name
- Click “Query”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Ventura AirConnect for unused / partially used flight tickets?

- Select “Refund”
Through Ventura AirConnect Call Centre
- If booking is done at a Ventura Office, the cancellation may be done at any Ventura Office.
