How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in VivaAerobus?
Change / reschedule your travel date in VivaAerobus:
Through VivaAerobus ‘Modify Your Reservation’ section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://web.vivaaerobus.com/en/my-flight
- Go to the “Modify Your Reservation” section, select what you want to change.
- Please enter RESERVATION CODE and LAST NAME to view your booking.
- Click on the SEARCH button to proceed
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
How to get refund from VivaAerobus for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Through VivaAerobus Service Centre / Call Centre
