How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Vueling Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Vueling:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://tickets.vueling.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx
- Go to “Travel” – Click ‘Manage your booking’
- Enter the booking code, purchaser’s email
- Click “Go”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Vueling airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit ‘Manage your booking’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Vueling ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit” for refunds.
Through Vueling Call Centre
- Please contact Vueling customer service: 00 34 931 51 81 58 for any refunds.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Vueling customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Vueling flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
