How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Zoom Air?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Zoom Air:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit http://www.zoomair.co.in/ebooking/Booking/Retrieve-Booking.aspx
- Go to ‘Manage my booking’
- Enter your Booking reference/PNR number and last name
- Click “QUERY”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Zoom Air for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit http://www.zoomair.co.in/ebooking/Static/Terms-Conditions.aspx
- Go to “Refunds”
Through Zoom Air Call Centre
- Bookings can be cancelled through call centre/ Airport offices / Zoom Air website.
- Passenger will be informed about cancellation by SMS and/or email, instantly.
- Refunds shall be processed to their respective credit card / debit card / net banking, within 24- 48 hours of said cancellation and may take 10 working days’ time to get credited.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Zoom Air flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
