- There may be service charge to retrieve the certificate which may be non-refundable

Procedure to get Hong Kong (HK) Airlines flight certificate online
- Go to https://tools.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK
- Enter the name, phone number, email
- Select the certificate type such as “Flight Delay / Cancellation / Onboard certificate”
- Enter FWC membership number
- Enter the flight details
- Click ‘Submit’ button to proceed.
