Procedure / Documents required to obtain Travel certificate from Air India

Travel Certificate may be required for your recent trip / to apply LTA / if you misplaced your boarding pass.

You can get travel certificate from Air India either by online or email or by visiting Air India offices

Procedure to get Air India travel certificate online

Go to http://www.airindia.in/index.htm
Enter PNR number
Enter Email
There may be service charge to retrieve the certificate which may be non-refundable

What is a Travel Certificate?

Travel certificate is a proof of travel provided at a charge of INR 300 per person per sector inclusive of GST
A nominal fee of ₹300 will be charged per passenger per sector towards the issuance of the Travel Certificate.

Procedure to get Air India travel certificate by email

For forwarding scanned copies of travel documents / Updating FFP mileage, Email [email protected] to retrieve the Air India travel certificate.

Hi Team,

Airondia flight AI-517 was not operational on 22nd match 2020. We got the update very late from airindia when we called them. But we haven;t received any refund yet.Could you please check and help me.

I think Air India can provide online facilities to get travel certificates to their customers by charging nominal service charge.
