Dear sirs, I wish to complain about the bad behaviour of the agency TRIPSTA-Travelport24 (S.A. 4, Karagiorgi Servias, 105 62, Athens).
On April 26th I bought two flight tickets on their internet site (www.tripsta.com): flight Torino-Reggio Calabria, Alitalia, August 9th and September 6th, tickets 055255911350 and 055255911351, pnr DZSHHM, order F102019919. I paid with my Visa card 419704013852ā€¦. ā‚¬ 551,72.
Two days ago I learnt that Alitalia cancelled those flights and that they warned Tripsta last May, but they never informed me about that.
So we have been calling and writing to Tripsta during last days, but they never answer the telephone and our emails and faxes.
Alitalia insist that we must ask TRIPSTA for refund.
    We NEED that money back.
    Thank you for your help.
    Bye.

Hi there. I really do hope you can help me out here. Iā€™m sure you have heard all about the online travel agency mytrip.com and if you have read some of the reviews on Trustpilot you will know that there is no way they should be allowed to operate. I, like most of the poor unfortunate people who put posts up on Trustpilot was also caught out by their outfit.

I would be most grateful if you could let me know where I should go to make an official complaint in order that this company be investigated. From carrying out a few Google searches they are company registered in Athens, Greece and my intention is to get this information out there by posting the contact information several times a day on Trustpilot so that people will actually make a complaint and that in time an investigation will take place and with any luck mytrip will be struck off or even blacklisted.

I would be most grateful if you could give me any information or advice at all on who I should contact to get the ball rolling. I am really on a mission here, Iā€™ll be like a dog with a bone as so many people out there have been left in horrendous situations as a result of using this website. Thanking you in advance.

    Kind regards.

    SiobhƔn Kennedy.

Hello, i would like to ask if edreams.gr are an accredited member by the IATA as they claim to be. Second they use screen scrapping to change the dates on the reservation and now they refuse to refund me or give me a name of someone in charge.
