    Dear IATA,
Please amend the information published at https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/international-travel-document-news/1580226297.htm about Germany. According to the information published at the website of the German Federal Foreign Office: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/einreiseundaufenthalt/coronavirus, passengers in transit are allowed, whilst this information is not at all included in your announcement, quite the contrary! Sadly, your website caused a serious situation at the Hong Kong Airport on 28 July, where the officers including the check-in counter supervisor, refused 5 passengers travelling from Hong Kong to Poland (Warsaw) via Frankfurt (Germany) by Lufthansa to board the plane on the ground of IATA’s map linked above. Since there is no email of IATA given here, I am reporting this incident and I would like to urge you to amend the information published on your website immediately. We have rebooked the tickets for the passengers and we would not want to experience refusal of boarding again. Thank you for resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
while considering a mandatory covid vaccination for your airlines, i would like you to consider that in many European counties e.g. Germany the willingness to get vaccinated is only around 60 %.
Consider if you can cope with another loss of at least 40% of clients aside from those who will cease to travel due to other options.
    Thank you sincerely

    Dear Mr/Mrs.,
We booked from Cai to Mun (15/05/2020) which didn’t happen because of the pandemic. We booked on EgyptAir through Travel2be. EgyptAir requires a written form from Travel2be so we can get our payment back or the return payment to be done directly from Travel2be. The only time we reached Travel2be by phone, they said we will send you an email soon & unfortunately this is not evolving. Also, the last date to refund the tickets is May 2021 (which is soon) & we would like to get the payment back please. I hope you can help
    Thank you in advance

    Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

in your current regulations which were referenced by the LUFTHANSA you stated that Canada will open its borders for tourists beginning 21th of september. However this seems to be contradictory to the date which is presented on the official canadian website (https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid). Here the 07 of september is stated. We are now a bit confused. Can you please explain for whom this date is relevant? Otherwise we are concerned that the LUFTHANSA will not fly us to Canada.

    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Best regards, Andreas
