    MAS airlines canceled my trip from AOR to KLIA, then I inform them that I have another plan at 3 O’clock to my final destination, the officer in the counter of AOR airport arrange with KLIA manager and inform me that they will take my by taxi to penang airport from there I take flight to subang and from subang another taxi for KLIA but when I reached my next flight already departure and no arrangement had been taken to keep my next flight and when I asked the manager which refused to meet me in the beginning he told me it is a connected flight which they know that. and told my the solution to purchase another ticket, to save my time and my family I used my credit card and purchase another thickets round 15000 RM. I lost my tickets two days in the street and airport of KL and get warned from my business because reach late.
    when I complaint officially for them they told me accept our apologize and close my case as simple as that.

    I am not satisfayed abnout the way they handle my case and I need my right as a customer
    and how come they just drop me like that.

    I book my AOR flight one month back to to drop me before my main flight four hours earlier and I was onetime at sultan abdelhamid airport .

    Please as a customer I need my rights and my debits back,

    i had make a refund through Refund Authority (RA) , the document number is 5000264816 and the ticket is 065 9468977796. how should i get the refund or any other solution? i already called the Saudi Airlines and they do not received it.Please advise us as soon as possible.
