    Dear Sir,
    I have a very strong complain about today’s flight (Feb 27, 2019) no KU 522 from Najaf to Kuwait.
    We are group of 8 persons with a business class ticket (2 different reservations):
    1. Mr. Abdullah AlQallaf
    2. Mrs. Huda AlDabi
    3. Miss Zahraa AlQallaf

    4. Mrs. KHadega AlDabi
    5. Mr. Khaled AlAli
    6. Miss Alaa AlAli
    7. Mr. Mohammad AlAli
    8. Mr. Abdulhameed AlAli
    The incident happened at Najaf airport, there was no queue for the business class passengers, when we asked the KU employee where is the business class queue? He replayed that there is no queue and there is no counter for business class here in Najaf Airport and you can wait in the line like other passenger’s! of course this led to not giving us the tags for the bags as a business class luggage’s. Since KU employee didn’t give us the tags, we had to wait for a long time in Kuwait’s airport for our luggage’s.
    The idea for buying business class is to get better service, not get a suffer.
    I think you should protect your reputation, this is a very bad influence on it, I’m one of the people who always trying to avoid KU airways, please try to improve your services.

    Please refer below response from make my trip for my non refund of cancellation of air ticket. I booked air ticket with make my trip on 21.3.19 through NBK and cancelled on 23.3.19. So far not received refund.

    Hi,I buy a ticket on 5 march 2019 from depkey.com , yesterday i received email from Kuwait Airways that my booking canceled & they refunded my ticket as well. How its possible without passengers confirmation they refund our tickets? Many peoples are effected from this fraud by this travel agency. I have all emails of payment/booking. I already complained on kuwait civil aviation office at airport. Can anyone guide me what is the correct steps to get back my tickets or at least money?

    COMPLAINT FOR “CITYBOOKER”
    I had booked my Tickets from CITYBOOKER website for JETAIRWAYS, as you are aware the airlines had closed cancelled all TICKETS, but I did not received my REFUND from CITYBOOKERS and its more than 2 MONTHS, Now they are not responding my Email and there website is also not working and their Phone No +965 1800015 is also not responding. Kindly help me how to proceed further in order to get REFUND, is their any License / Procedure to get the IATA approval before operating ONLINE TICKET SELLING FOR ANY AIRLINES or its unregulated. Kindly review and advice me how to proceed. I stay in Kuwait.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I booked three tickets using Depkey from Kuwait to Los Angeles.

    (Ticket Ref. DK271932 – Booking No. GZZ4SW)

    for Mrs. Eman Hamadah and her two kids.

    The booking were confirmed and suddenly without any prior notice, all tickets were cancelled without any refunds.

    How can I refund my money please ?

    I contacted UAE Agency and they inform me to contact you.

    I sent 100 of emails to Depkey without any reply

    i would like to Inquire about what’s the contact number or how to reach IATA office Kuwait? Because I want to complain Al Danah Travel (Viaggiasky. Com). I purchased a round-trip ticket to Philippines for this month via WEGO app and directed me to Al Danah travel. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances I need to rebook my ticket but the number they provided was not theirs and claimed it to be as private number. I even tried to send them message through email but not responding. Hoping you could help me with regards to my queries. Thank you and looking forward for your favorable response.

    Hello and thank you for you care and service
    I am a client and I made a couple reservations before the corona incident at a couple airline company’s and one of my reservations got canceled by them and the other one was changed to another date and I was wondering if I have the right to get a full refund on my reservations but I don’t know what to do and I need your help to figure this situation out

    Note : I made reservations for 9 flights every flight 5 tickets and 6 of the flights are business class

    Dear sir
    I had booked a ticket for my family to travel HYD-KWI return through an agent (Caesar travels) here in Kuwait and travel dates 26/03/2020 and return 24/06/2020.
    Due to ongoing pandemic the flights were cancelled from your end and I was informed that the full refund will be processed.
    However, it has been approx. 6 months now and I haven’t received any refund or information until now.
    I have been in continuous follow up with Caesar travels kuwait ( mangaf branch block 4 with Mr Rashid ) and they informed me that still they haven’t received any directions from the airlines to refund the amount.or any alternative.
    And, I have been terminated from my present Company, so I do not have any intentions of bringing my family here. So I request you to process my refund and advise the same to the travel agent.
