    Dear Madame/ Sir,

My name is Mohammed Albaali i have had a troubling experience started in Beirut Lebanon while dealing with Qatar airways as an overseas passenger, my designated flight was supposed to take off from Beirut (Rafiq Harriri international airport) on the 2nd of April 2018, Booking reference: PYSVPA. I arrived to the check in gate, accompanied with my wife and my two year old son, 70 minutes before the time of departure, the responsible lady for issuing the boarding tickets was about to leave her position, even-though the scale was turned on and the screen above her showed the flight number,
She refused to take the bags claiming that its too late and the team working there has left, telling her that surely she could do something to help, she refused and on intention she misleaded me in the airport to leave her position, I asked for help at the qatarairways office available at the airport, full of hope that i would be able to catch on the next flight (midnight time) to Aldouha heading to GRU sao paulo, the team there replied that they could do nothing, showing no compassion at all, they advised to get back to the selling office in Beirut, and this should wait to the next day, on the 3rd of april i headed to the selling office of Qataraiways, the agent there started convincing me to upgrade my reservation by paying 2800$ to get the business class as an offer!! i refused since it’s not my fault from the beginning to end up by paying more to receive such a nice offer! the only solution was to pay 1425$ On the same pre-reserved (economy class) labelled as a no show tax and a more high priced ticket !!! I was forced to pay that unreasonable added value, to be in Sao Paulo, Brasil ASAP…. I complained at the Qatar airways department in Aldouha, Qater. they did nothing and advised to complain on their website page but that didn’t help as well. on the contrary the (take care officer) disregarded any blame on any member of the crew, and replied that it was our fault to arrive 40 minutes before departure time! i demanded for a proof to show the exact time, he reported that he is sorry for me to have such an experience but the case is closed.
It was so weird to be treated as a dishonest passenger from a high profiled company claiming excellence in doing business! I am a resident in Brazil and through my x-travels i have never been treated in such a horrible way.

    P.C: References are all available.

    Anticipating your fair reaction.

    Dear IATA team,
I booked a flight with Atlas global from Beirut to Paris from 25 Dec 2019 till 3 Jan 2020, however the flight was cancelled today and no reply from the airline was received. We need your cooperation since we already pay the flight and we don’t have any idea regarding the refund process since no one from Atlas global is responding to our requests,

    Appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you
    Regards
