      My name is Catoline Zulu.

I had bought a ticket from Ethiopian Airlines for travel on the 19th of November from Lusaka to Brussels. The purchase of the yicket was made on Wednesday 16th November 2022 for a third party. My complaints are as follows:-

      1. The airline refused to allow me to pay using a swiping machine. Hence the ticket which was supposed to cost USD 1400 ended up costing USD1533 becsuse they insisted I pay using online transfer. They said they had no swiping machine.

      2. They asked for the passport of my family friend Marie France Mulanga Kasongo. Yet they neglected to check the validity of the visa which had not yet come into effect. They issued the ticket anyway. Now we have been surcharged USD200 more in order to change the flight date.

      3. I suspect my ATM Card was inadvertantly left behind at the Ethiopian Airlines but they are yet to inform me.

      4. Kindly advise as to whether the Zambia office of Ethiopian Airlines has handled this matter professionally or not.

Also a quesion, would an airlone entitled cancel a fully paid issued ticket and demand double amount extra charge quoting their higher current fare base, if not, flight is not canceled, but passenger seat canceled.
