Hi I am following up a ticket cancellation from August . I have been waiting on the phone at JAL for 30 minutes with no response as it is so busy. I was told, in August , by JAL , to call back in 2-3 months if my and my partners refund had not come through and to contact the ticketing office and use my reference number, however, I do not seem to have any other phone number than 1800531870. If you could please advise so this issue can be finalised.

I have purchased an airticket from Melbourne to Osaka with JAL. The flight from Melbourne to Narita (JL 774) is operated by JAL but the flight from Narita to Osaka (JL6105) is operated by Jetstar Japan.I understand that I need to check-in my luggage again in Narita for the Jetstar flight and Jetstar may have a different luggage policy than JAL.
Can you please let me know how many pieces of luggage and weight is included in my reservation for the Jetstar fligh (JL 6105)?
