Tried calling the reservation office at 1-800-525-3663 and could not get through after 45 minutes on three separate days. Also tried calling the local office in Honolulu at 831-4111 on two separate days and kept getting cut off after 10 minutes. Finally got to talk to an agent and was given seats that appears to be none existent for my flight aircraft. I cannot view my flight information online. The only information I have is the Confirmation email and my Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt sent to my email. I have spend many hours trying to call someone to talk to or find a web site to see my flight itinerary without any success. My reservation number is W525E4. Did I get scammed or did I really buy JAL tickets but the support service is very poor.
