I’m flying on a reward ticket from Alaska Airlines and Japan Airlines. I would like to know if I can upgrade to business from bkk to hnd? The second part of my flight is hnd to sfo in first class. I thought they booked me in business all the way. My confirmation code is P3EAYL . I’m flying March 9th 2018. Flight #’s are 32 and 2. One more question, how do I pick my seats online or do I call? My wife, Estrella J Brumm, has a 16 April 2020 booking on JL 078 from MNL to HND connecting with the JL/AA code share 010 / 8405 from HND to ORD.
Her round trip was booked online through AA.
JL 078 MNL – HND has been suspended due to the Corona virus crisis.
SEVERAL QUESTIONS:
What can we do today, 30 March 2020, to make sure that Mrs. Brumm is booked on JL 742 (the JL 078 replacement) for the 16 April 2020 flight MNL – NRT?
Will JL provide passenger and checked bags transfer from NRT to HND?
Will JL provide food and lodging during the FIFTEEN HOUR LAYOVER between flights?
OBSERVATIONS:
This is an extremely frustrating situation. AA says that the Manila – Tokyo leg of the trip is JL’s problem; they operate the flight. JL says that the situation is AA’s problem because the travel was booked through AA and JL has no records of Mrs. Brumm.
Apparently NOBODY wants to step up and be RESPONSIBLE. That is why I gave JL Customer Care a ONE STAR rating; that is the lowest rating allowed.
HOW DO I GET MRS. BRUMM HOME 16 APRIL – 18 APRIL 2020?
I am wanting to book online MNL>NAR JUN 2 FLT JL746 10:05-15:35; NAR>SEA JUN 2 FLT JL068 18:00-11:00.
I heard that JAL is requiring a minimum of four hour layover or connection flight will not be honored and lost.
Please clarify if true or not.

I am trying to check my outbound flight from Tokyo to Manila as my flight details were changed. I called American Airlines and they did give me a telephone number but no reply. The numbers I have for USA are 1-877-525-3807 and 1-800-525-3663.

Your official website showed the latest information is to this cargo has departured from JFK at US local time on 08th,Sep,17:21pm, and ETA YUL on 09th,Sep.08:40am at Canada local time.
Till now, we have not received this cargo ,kindly pls help us to check and also make it to reach to destination ASAP.
