    Hi!!This might not be the area i am supposed to write to but maybe you could direct my message to the right department.I BEG YOU PLEASE HELP ME.JAL services was excellent even if I,was on a wheelchair. just get the economy class i was treated like a royalty.the flight was Dec 7 from Arizona,JAL from San Diego to Tokyo and Tokyo to Manila,My name is Greta Reyes.thank you very much.
    But when I arrived my destination ,Manila,i didn’t get my luggageso they ask me to fill up Property Irregularity Report and promised me that they will take a look at it,they got my address…the next day they called me and said they will call me before they deliver it.     I’ve been trying to ring your office as i got a telephone last Friday night that the credit card payment of my reservation was not paid yet.
    I rang my credit card provider and it was your office that dropped the transaction.
    I’ve been ri ging your office since Saturday to no avail. Today, i am ringing again since 9am, all i got is a recording thst all lines are busy, and have to wait as all calls will be handled in sequence. It is 25 minutes of waiting.
    Can somebody please tell me where to ring or shall i go to a bank to pay my airline ticket, it is very frustrating not to be attended knowing that the phone call is being charged.
    Ifinally i was attended, but was cut off when the lady told me that she will che k my record.
    Please help as i need this reservatio to be paid for my forthcoming trip to Norfolk, Virginia.

It should be April 5 return because the start of her daughter’s school in japan will start on april 6.     Th portion of key of My baggage was damaged on JL741. I noticed that and asked desk of damage at Ninoi Aquino International airport. Someone picked my baggage to repair at my hotel (city garden hotel makati) while I was outside at business appointment. It is true that I asked the receptionist at the Hotel to hand my laggage to the person of JAL to repair while I was out of hotel on 8th november.
    However, I got no indormation when JAL will return my laggageto my Hotel after repair. I tried many times to make phone call to 09175079624 to ask about that . But I got no response. I need my laggage returned by this Suturday 10 th November to prepare my returning to japan.
    Please take care this matter and inform me how soon he or her will bring back my lagdgage to my Hotel. I am very concerned about this matter. I will apprecate your kind arrangement on this matter
