None of the above mentioned numbers work or may be there is no one to receive the calls.
I have a concern and would like to share here below:
My sister Ms Upashna Sherpa had a jet airways flight from Bagdogra to Mumbai and then to Dubai on 17th May 2018. She had two baggage, one black trolley and the other black nike duffel. Both the baggage were sent for check-in however, when she reached Dubai she could not find her nike duffel. She was at the Dubai airport till late night looking for her bag and took help from the customer service there. They assured to inform her if her bag was recovered. Unfortunately, the bag could not be traced from the Dubai airport.
She was saying, that day Bagdogra had a huge rush and one of the associate brought her nike duffel to her saying, ‘isn’t this your hand luggage?’ She was furious on him because it was already given for a check-in. She then returned the bag and requested the lady at the counter to do a check-in immediately (the lady was already hurrying up in closing the counter). There has been a big communication gap and this kind of service is not accepted from such a reputed airline.
I am sure, there is somebody who will listen to my grievances and take a corrective action in finding the lost baggage and update me the status of it. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
