I brought a ticket from Jet Air Ways from Calcutta to Dellhi for 14th November. But recently we saw a news in BBC that there is a major Air Pollution occurred in Dellhi and it went beyond control. Do we have to cancel out tour. Now I ask a refund.
I have tried several times over telephone but i could not reach to any of them. None of them have picked the call. I saw a news you are providing a 30% discount for jetairways prevailed upto 30 June 2018. Today is 29 June 2018 but no one is picking. What a ridiculous offer.

On 29th June 2018 , I traveled from Nairobi and arrived Mumbai on 30th June on board Kenya airways 392931. Due to late arrival of Kenya airways flight in Mumbai , my bag was left behind . Your bangladeshi team didnt let my cousin fly from bangladesh to dubai…where they had all the valid and right documentation…instead they told them do you have dollar ?? My cousin says yes..they took that money ..while they were asking jet team said do what ever u like.and tore their boarding pass..please advise them…i am really angry with these matter though i was the big fan of jet air..
This problems not only happens with me but there are 1000s of people suffering because of Bangladeshi ground team in Dhaka.
…Some instances i have seen..
1.They dont provide boarding pass while everything is available.
2.Dont allow any baggage while there is baggage allawance 30 kg
3.They snatces money from Passenger ( Mostly uneducated and poor).
4. Slow in providing service opening and closing gate .
5. Adverse advertisement instead of motivating people towards the fly with JET
Such as they says all fokinni people travel by JET.
I can proove all the statment if requires, still im collecting all the information reagrding those people didnt recieved boarding pass and return back to home again while having valid ticket and visa.

I could not check-in online for my wife Dhaka-Mumbai-Amsterdam-Toronto. All the seats for Mumbai-Amsterdam and Amsterdam-Toronto were paid seats. Twice I selected the paid seats, Jet Airways collected the payment from my Mastercard both the times, but could not completed check-in. It said Jet Airways will refund the amount to my credit card in 7 days and could not complete the check-in transaction.
