SUBJECT: Unable to contact Jet Airways to incorporate changes necessary due to
i) a flight cancellation by Jet Airways and
ii) ticket exchange between Jet airways and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
REFERENCE:Jet Airways PNR : YLLEYL -for Kalyani Nukala- Delta confirmation # HAGOGX for Kalyani Nukala – Return trip for APR 12
Paid extra amount to choose isle seats. 1) Due to ticket exchange between the airlines, now Kalyani is scheduled to travel on a KLM flight from Mumbai to Amsterdam on 13 APR. As a consequence of ticket exchange Kalyani will not be flying on a Jet Airways from Mumbai to Amsterdam. Since we paid extra amount to Jet Airways towards isle seat selection for that cancelled sector, I request Jet Airways to refund the amount accordingly back to my credit card.
2) Further Jet Airways cancelled their initial scheduled flight for Kalyani on APR 12th from HYD to BLR and instead rebooked her on a HYD-BOM flight for the same day. Having paid extra amount for isle seat selection to Jet Airways on their HYD-BLR flight also, I request Jet Airways to adjust that amount and provide an isle seat for Kalyani on her HYD-BOM flight operated by Jet Airways.
