i am travelling from Perth to London for Europe trip then me and my wife got a single tickets in Jet Airways to Bhuj-India. recently i got message about schedule change. flight from London arrives at Mumbai at 11 AM on 24th August and departure is 6AM on the same day!! i am surprised with such unbelievable schedule. no one has answered yet in this regards. i am mentally stressed and seeking a solution. my booking reference is FETFAR

My name is Mr David Frier. I am a British Citizen and have a query about a transaction through you that has appeared on my Barclaycard credit card statement dated 22/07/18 for the amount of £202.81.
What I need to know is it a flight booking that someone has made and if so, the dates of travel, the airport travelled from, the airport travelled to and the name(s) on the ticket(s). I require this information because I have not travelled since the beginning of the year and believe it may be fraudulent. If you require my credit card number I will be happy to give it when I know I am in contact with someone who can help me as I cannot find a UK telephone number that I can call.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they don’t even deserve one star, my flights keep getting cancelled with no option for a refund or to get booked onto another flight! Their website won’t let me log in and their contact numbers don’t work! Awful airline company!
Hi I have parents flying Mumbai to Manchester on the 10th May 2019. It is their return journey. We have completed the online request for a rebook. Will these flights be rebooked? Worried that this will not happen and we will be forced to buy tickets last minute at a price that will not be covered by a full refund.
