I have been attempting to obtain the refund for this cancelled flight for nearly a year. I get no response from Booking.com who booked it or from JetSmart. I have attempted on numerpous occasions to complete the claim form on your web site bujt it simply says try again later. I have written to you and never received any response. I shall, be in Santiago on Tuesday and will attempt to reach you at your offices. In the meantime some response would be good
