We are uttterly disgusted with your lack of empathy and respect. Passengers flying to Maputo from Nairobi had the flight delayed, cancelled, diverted to Joberg. We left 5 hours later and were told that we would get boarding passes at the airport for the night flight to Maputo.
We arrived amidst chaos. No one knew what was happening. Disorder, no apology. Some passengers managed to get the flight. Rest were stranded. We tried to get information and finally were given accommodation without food. We had to look for food and basic toiletries and supply.
We were told to come back at 7am sharp to collect our boarding passes for the SAA flight to Maputo at 9.45am. No one is here, SAA has no reservations for us, the Embassy is not picking up the phone, we have no idea where our luggage is.
The lack of respect, concern and total apathy is disgusting. We have old and young in the group all with their own challenges. My husband has lost a full day’s of work.
The SAA flight is full and eleven if you purchase your own ticket they cannot guarantee your baggage.
No one is willing to help. Total disregard and passing on the buck. Who will sort this out!

Can someone please assist. I am in SA, trying to get hold of a Kenya Airways office , but the phones are just ringing. I need to reschedule a flight for my brother who is a student Uganda. He was initially booked for 30 July 2018, but closing dates have changed, we now have to change it to 3 August 2018. How much will it cost to reschedule the flight?
I dont get any answer on your telephones at Kenya Airlines in Johannesburg. I book a return ticket from Thailand to Cape Town and received the E-ticket numbers through travelgenio.com where i paid in full. Travelgenio send me a email to confirm that the airline has modified some of the flights in my booking. (not my fault). These modifications might imply an insufficient connection time or even the cancellation of some of the flights with no possible alternative. They ask me to immediately contact the airline and if i do not contact them i could lose my flights and the amount paid for them. What can i do to correct the flights back from CPT-JNB, JNB-NBO,NBO-BKK ? This is lots of worry for me and would love that somebody must contact me soon and get a alternative to see to this problem.
