DEAR KENYA AIRWAYS ARE YOU TIRED OF RECEIVING MONEY . PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE STOP PATRONISING KQ AND WE MOVE ON.
WAITED WITH OTHERS TO GET SOME ONE OPEN YOUR OFFICE in entebbe so that we pay the charg for changing tickets and no one for 3 hours to help . If this how you open 24 ×7 then i am on MARS.Then please provide some seats so that we can sit. I wish to politely suggest that you get someone to man your office in entebbe so that there is a warm body to talk too.
I can’t believe that you can clandestinely conspire to leave everyone’s luggage in Nairobi never mind that I was on a connection flight from another country. I reach Entebbe, you subject me to fill details where my bags would be delivered, and two days, you are mute and you cannot pick your indicated phone numbers. I have never seen such an insensitive stupid airline. so upset!

Dear Sir/Madam,
On February 8th, I and my family members were traveling to Bamako with Kenya airways from Entebbe. At the boarding gate, Kenya airways staff (KQ 419) informed me, unfortunately too late because the boarding was about closing, that only 5 baggages out of 12 were allowed and I should pay 400 USD for the remaining seven. I was threatened to miss the plane at my risk if I continued the discussions, they have kept our passports until the plane is about taking off, pushing us to pay without clear explanations and without invoice delivery… Desperately, I have paid the 400USD and gave them my email address for them at least to send me the invoice but until know, I didn’t receive any.
Note also that I have paid 150USD at Kigali International airport for 2 extra luggages (but with Rwandair), but I have received assurance that all luggages will arrive at Bamako.

And again, note that when we arrived at Bamako airport, only 8 baggages were there. On Sunday we went back there in the morning to pick 2 others and in the afternoon, we got one more. Till now we are still missing one of our baggages.
