I gave a low score as I had to phone 7 times to get through to the office and when I finally got through they were unable to help me check in as the system was down. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be but the frustration of not knowing that you are booked on a flight is not acceptable and unnecessarily stressful.

How long does it take to trace the missing bags? I arrived today in Lusaka around 01:20 hrs and all my bags were not seen except a handluggage!! I filled in the complaint at the airport and until now no response.

This office is impossible to reach. I spend hours trying to get through to this office and finally have to make an international call to Nairobi in order to get any assistance. I find this exasperating and completely unacceptable for an international airline. My daughter flies from Lusaka to Nairobi to school and I have to contact the Kenya Airways office often, but end up having to pay high costs to make an international phone call to Nairobi as the staff in Lusaka rarely answer the phone.
