My ticket have been cancelled on 20th July 2020 from Dubai to Ghana without any notification. I tried to contact the call center but no avail. I sent several emails but no response too. What should l do to get my money back or to get a different date so that l can exit the country peacefully. I’m on cancelled visa of which l don’t want to pay fines but due to bad service l will be levied with fines. I have never encountered this kind of poor service before in my life. Nobody answers calls, nobody respond to emails. Very bad. Please assist me get it resorted. Thanks.

It has come to my knowledge that Entebbe airport is scheduled to be reopened by 1st of October 2020. I would therefore request you to advise me if it’s ok to book my flight ticket. I’m planning to travel on 15th of October 2020.
I am not pleased with how luggage clearing and service team at Dubai airport T3 handle our situation, one with names Majid, went with my boarding pass and tags on 16/oct/2020 with KQ305 after I had failed to cash out money for excess kgs before boarding, very well knowing that I have to collect my luggage cause i missed the flight, I am in desparate endavours to locate my belongings which has really been a turn off with this flight….please check on customer service
