    I would like to know that i want to book for my sister and family’s to go from johannesburg to India (Mumbai )by end of December to fly oneway .but my sister is pregnant and inshaallah new born Will arrive end of October only .which will be on the stage of infants with them by end of December to fly.

I tried five times and each time the same thing even when you have the option of holding for the next available agent, the same thing happens .     We have been struggling to get an answer regarding Mrs Mollin Madziva’s refund. In April 2018 we booked and paid for a return flight to the UK but due to the fact that her Visa application was denied without recourse to appeal we cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. We requested the refund in May 2018 and were told that it would take 6 – 8 weeks. Her booking number MP23KV and e-ticket number 706-2300438893. After phoning numerous people we got an answer from guest support stating that the refund has been made but nothing shows in Mrs Madziva’s account. I replied and asked when it was paid and how much but have received no reply. All the numbers that I phone just ring and ring. They were numbers that I contacted Kenya staff on before. I am Mrs Madziva’s secretary.

    I am flying to Nairobi in August and know that a Yellow Fever Certificate is a requirement and that I will not be able to board the plane without it. My daughter, who lives in the Netherlands, and I both take METHOTREXATE for our Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her doctor has told her that the Yellow Fever Vaccination and Methotrexate are not compatible.     I have already booked and paid for an international flight but have been trying desperately to get in touch with the Kenya Airways for two days and have made many calls trying to get an answer. Either the numbers given just stay engaged for hours on end or I was on hold for 55 minutes waiting to speak to an agent. Still no contact and after two days I now have to take leave from work to DRIVE to Oliver Tambo Airport to find Kenya Airways representatives there to help me. Is this normal criteria for the services rendered by Kenya Airways Jhb at Airport or is there an ongoing problem with the telephone service???? In all reviews I read this seems to be the main problem any chance of solving this major issue soon Kenya Airways????

    does NO-ONE at Kenya Airways answer their phones or empty their mail boxes!!!!!     Hi,

    I am flying from the UK to South Africa using Kenyan Airlines. In Nairobi, I will not be leaving the airport. South Africa requires my passport to be valid for 1 month after my date of departure. I have seen in several places that Kenyan Airlines requires a 6 month validity. Can you confirm that since I am not visiting Kenya, that my passport validity can default to that of South Africa’s regulations, and not Kenya’s? My passport has 4 months validity after my date of departure from South Africa.

    Nobody answer the phone on 010 205 0000.

    I booked a flight in March 2020 and it was cancelled due to Covid-19
    through BudgetAir for Kenya Airways.
    Now I want to rebook the same route for January 2021. BudgetAir told
    me that they can’t make a booking because my status account at Kenya
    Airways is closed. Nobody answered the phone in order to open my

    I’ve been trying to contact Kenya airways since the 24th March 2021 daily and it is the 1st April 2021 already with no success.. I’ve sent numerous emails including an email to Marc Tooth with no success either. I received an update on the flight that’s leaving Lagos on the 18th April 2021 to land in Capetown the 19th April 2021 (Initial Booking), this flight was resent to me with no explanation etc to leave Lagos on the 18th April 2021 and in Transit in Nairobi until the 23rd April 2021 to Cape Town. This is unacceptable can someone please urgently assist.

    Hello,

    I am Suzanne Magagoum, from Cameroon.
    I registered my luggages properly on Thursday 09th Sept in Yaounde (Cameroon) for Cape Town (South Africa). When I arrived in Cape Town on Friday 10 of Sept, I didn’t find my blue bag. I reported it to the baggage claim service, and they told me that my luggage was left in Yaounde because of lack of space in the plane. and my luggage will only arrive in Cape Town on Sunday 12 September. So 72 hours later.
    This is nonsense. How can people do such a thing?
    Do Kenya Airways know what I was going to do with staff inside? I am a foreigner here. How about the conditions of my staff, the delay caused and the stress I am going through?
    This is the second time that Kenya Airways did this to me. This is not right.
    I need to know how Kenya Airways will compensate me for the delay and damaged items or for the loss in case I will not find it.

    I’ve tried since Friday to contact someone in your JHB office to cancel my flight. The people I’m suppose to meet from the US in Nairobi changed their plans. There is no option to cancel online.     Our on the 29 June 2022 I made reservation with Kenya Airways for for 3 tickets 2 adult for R6 500 and their baby R3 500.

    However their trip was cancelled as did not have traveling documents for the baby and Kenya Airways was notified of the dynamic.
    I was promised refund within 21 days today has not received same. pls assist
