Our flight from Guayaquil to Amsterdam on 21st March has been cancelled by KLM, and we haven’t heard anything from them as to when it has been rescheduled for.
Could you advise if we have been rescheduled and when?

El día 28 de Septiembre de este año en curso, me acerque al counter de KLM en Barcelona para tomar el vuelo hacia Guayaquil, pasé un muy mal momento siendo pasajero bussiness class, con la persona del counter. Me solicitó un documento de salud que ya hace algún tiempo no se necesita presentarlo, y me dijo que no podía viajar sin este documento. Me hizo poner a un lado para atender a los otros pasajeros, le pedí ayuda y después de un largo tiempo me dijo que por esta vez me dejaba embarcar, cuando ya no era necesario presentar ese documento.
