Please Good morning, I booked a flight from Accra to Amsterdam and to continue to Beijing for school which deadline is 30th September,2017 and departure was yesterday 10pm I got there 8pm but was told i have to get a transit visa before i can pass through there and hence my departure was cancelled so please what is the way forward for me.

l flew from Los Angeles to Ghana thru New York on Februay 27th 2023 on Delta Airline. But due to snow storm, flight was canceled. I spent overnight at JFK untill the next day when l rebooked on KLM. Flew out of JFK on Feb 28th to Amsterdam from where l continued to Accra. Unbeknown to me, my luggages, [along with several other travellers’] didn’t arrive on the plane. I filed lost and found complaint section of the airport, and surely the next day, l rwceived a call that Delta Airline had brought my luggages. Unpon openning them at home, l discovered that several important items had been stolen. I called the lost and found place, and l was told to file the missing item claim on KLM website. I have tried several times to no avail. I know l have 7 days to file but since Monday is a national holiday in Ghana, is your office opened or what can l do in order not to loose my chace for this claim?

My Fiance is in Accra Ghana, we had paid to have a flight booked by an individual who represented himself to be an Embassy representative. He had claimed and said to have booked a flight for my Fiance Mercy GoGoe, the Flight was booked to leave Accra on December 1, 2019, we were given the Ticket that was booed on Line, I understand that for a ticket to be booked on line one has to pay via a credible Credit card or debit card. our flight per the ticket that we received indicated that the flight was booked to depart from Accra Ghana to France arriving Charles DeGaul AirPort and connecting with a flight to Kennedy Airport arriving at 8:30 am NY time. it has recently come to our attention that the flight was suspect, I paid as an American CItizen for the cost of the flight a sum of over $1, 337 or 57 seven dollars. An aggreement was reached by your Customer Service and Management Office to correct this case of mismanagement to reemburse our flight at 40 percent cost to us. Although my fiance and I have agreed to this resolution I wished to know here, whether I can pay half of the $500, dollar cost for the Flight with my Master Credit card, and she would be paying the difference in cash at Accra Ghana, for a flight from Accra to Buffalo NY Air Port.
