    I was recently travelling from PRAGUE to Perth Australia. The details are as follows Flight No 1352 from Prague to Amsterdam -departed Prague at 8.50 am after arriving to Holland I took KLM flight to Abu Dhabi flight No KL 0451 departed at 11.20 pm after that I joined Etihad Airways ( KLM flight) EY0486 for Perth- Western Australia. When I arrived to Perth 17/7/17 I was told that my luggage was not at the Perth Airport because it got held at Amsterdam airport and I was informed that I will have it on the 18/7/17 the following day. However, today when I called Perth airport I was informed that my luggage is still at Amsterdam airport. I like to know why was my luggage held back and when I will see it again this time hopefully in Perth Western Australia. Can you please follow this up and let me know

    I was recently travelling from Delhi to Houston George Bush airport USA. The details are as follows Flight No KL 872 from Delhi to Amsterdam -departed Delhi at 01/09/17 at 3.40 am after arriving to Amsterdam schiphol I took KLM flight to Houston flight No KL 661 departed at 10:00 am When I arrived to houston george bush 01/09/17 I was told that my luggage was not at the houston Airport because it got held at Amsterdam airport and I was informed that I will have it on the 02/7/17 the following day. And they told that they will send luggage to my company in miami florida. They noticed my address. I cant receive because i am a seaferer and i joined ship on 02/09/17 Can you please follow this up and let me know

    Could not find Stations plein 102 in Amsterdam it seems not to exist asked taxi drivers none new where that is. Looked all around het Centraal Station but the Ibis hotel is number 49 nothing further.

    Hello – We booked the tickets for 4 passengers, Shah Mohammad Khan, Fatima Shah, Rabia, Rukhsana Begum, unfortunately my sister entered wrong date. And I (Fatima) requested to modify the date to my sister. We booked on 19th September early morning around 01:00 am UAE Local time and my sister cancelled the ticket from Canada, UAE local time around 04:00 am.. As In UAE no 24 hrs service from call center.
    As I requested her please modify the ticket and went for a sleep. She called and requested to modify ticket and call center agent asked for penalty or cancelled the booking. She preferred to cancel the booking instead of penalty and then rebook. But from agent she did not get any information that we will receive cash in 10 to 14 working days as she assumed we will shortly get the cash back, If informed we would not to change the ticket… In morning after 08:00 am I called for cash status and informed me by agent we will receive cash in 10-14 business days to revert cash ….now we are waiting and waiting and till waiting , we have to fly next week and no tickets yet. Because of such miscommunication now we are in mess. Ticket price has been increased massively we bought in 4165 AED and now 4978 Aed plus no seats available for four passengers. Our Home booking is line up and in nearby days all offering in high price. Everything is running. I’m in such a bad situation. Already applied for leave as well. All prices high and don’t know will manage this trip or not. My concern is not at all that KLM is not reliable airline. Not at all my family does travel from KLM. No complains but of this miss communication it bring us to in big problem. Since two weeks it has been very stress days. And your one of the agent advised me to borrow the cash and buy new tickets. That’s not a solution and also offered me extra luggage. I don’t want extra Bag and my principles doesn’t allow me to borrow the cash. . Looking forward. To be sorted out this issue with good compensation. Thanks

    As per booking confirmed, shipment was scheduled on ETD: 30th NOV from Frankfurt and ETA: 01st Dec at Dammam Airport.

    Now schedule has been changed 03rd Dec, it’s is not accepting by Consignee, this shipment is top urgent for Consignee.

    i have tried since weeks to get my money back…i have been using whatsapp, messanger and email (which allways gets as not known email adr returned) i also follwed your advise from 25.04.2020 to use the link provide…And nothing happened

    But now as it is absolutely clear that even the durch government doesnt suport your “illegal” activies = holding back the money and enforcing a voucher anylonger and conformed that eu law is also valid for the netherland

    I was trying to find some suitable flight for my friend from Ukraine and I CANNOT find any flight on July 1st with return on the end of this month = July 31st. Your blue circle was running all the time without showing relevant flight(s).
    Is there any flight or flights on next month or not? The best direct flight from Kiev Boryspil to Dublin and the same way back. If not with a transfer in Amsterdam.
    Please let me know your answer (along with chosen flights if possible) in your answer as soon as possible as this is very urgent matter.

    I wish to book 3 return tickets from Johannesburg to Amsterdam and back for the following dates.
    Depart: Friday 16th OCTOBER 2020
    Return: Sunday 1st NOVEMBER 2020.
    The KLM office in South Africa are completely unhelpful and apparently do not know what to advise me with regards to KLM’s refund policy in the event that this planned trip is blocked because of the COVID-19 regulations and lockdown situation in SA.
    My questions:
    1. Will I get a full refund of my airfare?
    2. Will I get a valid voucher from KLM to re-use if my planned flight is cancelled?
    3. Can I book my seats and pay for them today?

    I am a passenger of KLM all my life. I read the Government.nl in detail. My passport is Ecuadorean South America, I am fully aware of the BAN that the Government of Netherlands put for my Country. Supposedly, until May 15.

    Now, what I mentioned above is the BAN. What about the exemptions? If I work in Dubai UAE and have a long-term residence work visa, and I need to travel to Dubai these days via KLM…QUITO-AMSTERDAM-DUBAI, would I be covered by the EXEMPTION category which specifies in the website of Government.nl, that for passengers in TRANSIT within 48 or less hours, presenting all the supporting documentation, the ban will be exempted, and I could travel?

    I`m flying to Greece on 26/6/21. I was Covid positive in Marz and I want to prove it somehow to get into the country. That`s something the Greek government asks for. The only way is the application that proves it under my BSN. Is it enough to get into the plane and travel?
    How can I get the wright documents? Can you prove that this BSN blelongs to me? HHD doesn`t give any documents.

    I have been dealing with Chile KLM Bookings and have been unable to even contact them. I have been disconnected 8 times in the past two days. I have been trying to confirm my dogs’ flights and have been unable to do so. I have been attempting to make a complaint about the processes of the Chilean KLM site, not the team, as they have been always helpful. The phone system is very poor and I have been disconnected over the past few months, and kept waiting for hours. This is not a personnel problem, rather a technical issue. I have repeatedly asked for an email address or telephone number to be able to explain the issues but no-one will give me one, explaining because I had not flown already. Please assist me to discover if my pets have been confirmed to fly with us on 17 July. The booking number is LTYIVY.

    Hi KLM, I am becoming very disappointed with KLM and have not even flown with the airline yet. Firstly; there was a big launch that KLM will be flying to Trinidad with a new service. But now I am wondering if the flights are really geared to Barbados, as in how many passenger actually go to Trinidad? Anyway, my main rant is that, having found a flight ( x 5 passengers) for mid December to Trinidad (POS), for a relative price, around £450., this has gone to over a £1.200 for the said flight. I was unable to book at that time. I am not sure how to place this, as I do appreciate that prices do fluctuate, but this increase needs a new name. I was looking forward to flying with KLM for the first time, but may now have to settle for BA. Finally; KLM should not be collecting the £85 UK Departure Tax as KLM is not based in the UK and the UK is no longer in the EU. This should further reduce the cost of the flight for everyone. Hoping that KLM with consider going to court on this. thanks everyone for listening to my rant.
