Hello and good day. I had a question regarding luggage. I will be flying soon with KLM: From BCN to AMS (one ticket, one way) & then after transit of few hours, I will fly from AMS to YYZ final destination (separate ticketP. I will have 2 suitcases. 1) At BCN airport, am I allowed to check in 2 suitcases all the way to YYZ, since I will only be in AMS for 4 hours before boarding another KLM flight to YYZ? My travel agent is unsure. Please let me know asap, and if it is okay, then how I should proceed.

I recently KLM from Barcelona to , Amsterdam on Tuesday July 12. While trying to check in I had a medical issue that caused me to collapse. Nothing serious but 4 members of your took excellent care of me. I can not give you names just didn’t get them. Medics were called. After discussion I wanted to proceed home. Your staff help make that possible with wheelchair accommodations all the way thru Atlanta.
Please attempt to identify the 4 workers. A gate attendant (701), a supervisor young male, an be older woman who stayed with me the whole time. Even the wheelchair attendant went above and beyond. Please thank them from r me.
