    I phoned the Cape Town office to make sure that the SAA flight to Joburg will allow me the same baggage allowance as KLM. flying to Amsterdam. The guy who answered told me to phone SAA which is not correct as the whole ticket was booked through KLM. He then told me he would put me through to someone who knew more than he did!! I held on for ages listening to appalling tinny music and eventually rang off because I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer. I phoned back twice and after holding on got a recorded voice telling me the message box was full. Not a good advert for KLM!! Please let me know as soon as possible the answer to my question.

      I am trying to get a hold of a consultant to help me cancell my flight to amsterdam.due to the coronavirus. I want a voucher that is valid for 12 months instead. My flight leaves on Wednesday, 18 March. I have booked through edreams but it is impossible to reach them. Please advise. We have paid R24000 for the 2 tickets. We cannot afford to loose that money. We want to rebook for june as some of our accommodation do not want to refund us but are willing to give us a voucher for later

    The worst airline customer service ever.
    I got an emial after I was bumped off a flight saying they would compensate me. However, 2 months later and over 30 emails, messages, watsups, calls , I get the same answer …. ITS IN PROGRESS. my husband got his over a month ago, (same flight, same everthing) I cannot get any info out of anybody at KLM except for ‘ITS IN PROGRESS” how long and why is mine taking so looooooooong. Why cant anybody give me an answer to a simple question!!!!!!!!! “just go on line and fill out a form, (this I have have now done over 10 times) believe me its no good.

    I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to communicate that my refund for a flight KLM cancelled in January has not been received in full.

    I have SUCCESSFULLY been in contact with your WhatsApp group.
    i was on Tuesday 23/2/21 that my request for the outstanding balance on my refund has been resubmitted.
    I was advised today that this refund request has been cancelled as my refund was approved in January.
    This is partially true as only part of my refund was received (cost of my ticket and lounge access has been refunded)
    The additional charges for my economy comfort seat and the charges for additional baggage HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.
    I can show you my AMEX STATEMENT to prove what has and what has not been refunded.
    I am told only the south african office can resolve this for me – BUT I CAN’T GET HOLD OF YOU.
    PLEASE can you contact me and help resolve this issue, the amount of money outstanding is Ā£231.06.
    Otherwise I will have to ask American Express to step in and help me

      I “got through” to 021 935 8520, one of the numbers provided on your website. The line was completely defective! I have never heard such
      an extreme case of a voice breaking up on the telephone. It was not possible to understand the speakers, first a male voice and then a female voice. There is no connection on the other numbers provided.

Would it be possible for me to request a refund and if so, would the full voucher amount be refunded? If so, can it be refunded to a different account than the one used to pay originally?
