Dear Sir or Madam I traveled from Capetown on Saturday the 13th to Amsterdam on a reparation flight,I booked in on line and paid for 2 seats with extra leg room, when we entered the plane we found the boarding tickets were not for seats with extra leg room seats very disappointed because Iām 6ft 5inches ,I spoke with the lady hostess her words were this is not an ordinary flight not much good to me,she brought along a gentleman Id say the chief steward he said he was sorry and said I would get my money back this is not about getting my money back itās about the size of the seat I was crippled when we got to Amsterdam. This Gentleman told me he had no other seat for me even though a few minutes later he moved a lady into a seat in business class, he told me a lie would you think or it might be a miracle.I have traveled to and from South Africa with other airlines and never had a problem, this wouldnāt encourage me to travel with KLM again .Today Monday the 15th Iām in bed with a heat pad on my back I canāt move due to your cock up some where.I think in good faith you should refund me the price of the seat 1280 euro and the extra leg room price of 188 euro also on our flight from Amsterdam to Dublin we did not receive the extra leg room seats at this point I was crippled back gone no sleep on the plane twisting and turning standing up a nightmare flight.It would be better to stay in South Africa and wait for Virgin Atlantic flight to bring both of us home on our return flight tickets, A very bad experience with your company.My flight seat number was 17j from Capetown, and from Amsterdam to Dublin seat number 9d hopping you will look into this matter please and thanks.yours Sincerely,Frederick.Paul.Leonard.
Hello I fly with dog 11 July reservations number THCDNT. I canāt get anywhere and get signed in. No one answers. I donāt know how to tell me that I have bought tickets and that Iāve been treating a dog, no one has answered since last week.
The worst customer service Iāve ever dealt with,I had to cancel a flight due to covit ,tried to apply for a voucher the booking reference did not work in the voucher. Phoned a number of time ,no answer,used Facebook messenger no adequate response no help whatsoever, eventuality found out klm whatās app , over 50 txts,.to be told the time had expired and there was nothing klm could do even though they would not issue me with a a booking reference that worked so the end result is that klm has held ā¬1000 approx of my money and will not reimburse or give me alternative flights , I believe klm has acted criminally and fraudulently by not responding and giving me the opportunity to book new flights.

I want to book “Indian Vegetarian meal” for both myself andmy wife. We could not get any food on this leg of the travel.
