    I have tried several times to call your office in Geneva (0848 874 444) and am told that the lines are surcharged and need to hold. After 30 minutes of waiting the call is then terminated! This is both unacceptable and expensive, since I am calling from a cell phone. I need a re-booked ticket to be issued to me and cannot access my flight details on My Trip. I receive a message telling me to contact KLM customer service. I have also exchanged several messages via Twitter but to no avail. And my flight leaves in 5 days!!

    On July 1st, 2017, I was supposed to travel from Geneva to Amsterdam with the flight KL1924. Yet, I was told at the very last minute that I won’t have a place in the plane though I even had a boarding pass. Thereafter, I was given another ticket to travel with Turkish Airlines and they promised a compensation of 300 EUR and I handed my debit card to the desk officer of Air France in Geneva airport who assured me the compensation was transferred immediately. I checked the balance of my debit card yesterday, the compensation was never transferred.
    If there is any challenge with the credit card, the compensation, I can send the account number associated with that credit card.
    Let me know if there is anything I have to do to get the compensation for the to inconvenience caused by the change of my flight.

    J’attends une réponse aux questions suivantes (qui vous ont été adressées le 12 mars), à ce jour sans réponse malgré trois rappels :

    1. Nous avions réservé au départ un vol KLM et pas un vol AF. Pourquoi ce changement ?
    2. Votre message ci-dessous précise « Departure : BERN » Pourquoi ? Nous partons de Bangkok !!!
    3. Le départ est avancé de deux heures sauf erreur. N’y a-t-il pas d’autre vol sur Amsterdam ? Nous venons de Hua Hin à 3-4 heures de Bangkok au moins ! Il y a un problème évident.
    4. Les sièges ont aussi été changés : les nouveaux sièges – 4E et 4Fpour le vol Bangkok-Paris et 3A et 3C pour le vol Paris-Genève – sont-ils aussi confortables ?
    5. Le temps disponible à Paris est-il suffisant pour prendre le vol sur Genève ? Attention aux contrôles « Schengen » lorsque l’on arrive d’un autre continent.
    6. Je présume qu’il n’y a pas de changement en ce qui concerne les bagages ?
    Je trouve le comportemetn de KLM et Air France scandaleux: je croyais que les passagers en classe “business”, avaient droit à un minimum de respect. Ce n’est apparemment pas le cas.

    Hello, I am trying to change my itinerary and can’t reach your office in Geneva. My booking code is JWLE5O.
    I would like to fly from Toulouse (instead of Geneva)on Monday August 2nd to Amsterdam and then on to Atlanta. I see a early flight (departing at 6:20 from Toulouse), that would get me in to Amsterdam at 8:15.
