Jag ska flyga från LISSABON, via Amsterdam , til Göteborg den 13 februari. Kommer att ha med två små hundar som flyger i bur under cockpit. Min fråga är, jag förstår att jag ska ha tagit ett test 72 timmar innan flyget avgår, men vad menas med att jag ska ta ett test på flygplatsen , 4 timmar innan, de har ju inte ens öppnat incheckningen då ? går det bra att uppvisa ett antikroppstest ? Not one single phone number is working!!! Could you please make sure you have at least one working line where one can speak to a real person since not all questions can be answered by pushing a button! I now have to drive out to Landvetter in order to talk to somebody, since not even calling Amsterdam worked, they connected me to the same voice messages and button options I already had talked to. Please, can you have a real person on the other end of the line at least on one phone in Sweden please?
