    pls purchase Klm ticket but it happens that my passport has only Singapore visa,
    on the 24 of Dec 2016 I came to borde to Singapore ,the staff of Klm told me that they are not going to carry me.that I should go nd look for transit visa which I could.
    a staff told me that I should go nd cancel the ticket which i do,pls I need to travel on the 31 of Dec this month,pls sir what should i do to get back my money to enable me travel on the date been mentioned. here is my passport name Igbo Dennis Chibuikem.

    I am writing in response to the parcel sent to me from USA on 11th of July from my friend James Alfred Hamester down to murtala Muhammad airport lagos ikeja. I received a message from KLM Airline to call the airline delivery agent to clarify and claim my parcel which I did. The agent told me to pay #8,500 for delivery which I did. And he told me he has already sent the parcel down to Abuja that’s where I base through DHL shipment. Since two days now the airline agent number is not connecting. If I call he will not pick up. Please I want you guys should help resolve this issue. That’s the airline agent number 08155003329. Please I need my parcel to be retrieved back and send to me.

    I am very disappointed with KLM, I was made to missed my flight. I need to go back to work, Precious needs to go back to School on Monday. I was asked to pay two thousand dollars and two for no show to be able to travel on 11/09/2019 which is on Wednesday. Due to the bad roads and bad traffic l arrived at airport one hour forty-five minutes prior to departure time.

    Good Morning Sir / Ma,

    Please, I have been trying to book flight for my Mummy departing from Pearson International Airport – YYZ, Canada and arriving Lagos, Nigeria – LOS for Saturday, 25th April 2021. I find it difficult to get one. Each time I search for the flight, I normally get an error message that there is no flight for the combination of the departure and arrival or the departure date doe not exist.

    She traveled in 2019 and to arrive June 2020 but the flight was cancelled because of COVID 19 Pandemic and the voucher was issued for her.

    I need to urgently change my voucher into a flight ticket from London to Lagos

    I have contacted the UK KLM Office in my quest to change my existing voucher into a flight ticket and book a flight. I was directed to contact the Nigerian Klm office since I paid in Naira and not in Dollars.

    All efforts to call the Nigerian Klm office has hitherto not been successful. My agent has equally been on the phone virtually all day trying to contact Klm Nigeria.

    I came to Nigeria in 2011 with a return ticket, but had issues with the KLM staffs twice over the issue of boarding, in 2011 and on the 14th of March 2022.

    The honorable president of KLM Mr Pieter Elbers has explained the issue to me in detail via email: and I understood every word in his missive and has resolved to purchase another ticket.

    I booked and did another reservation for the 28th of March 2022 – LAGOS AMSTERDAM BRUSSELS, COSTING AROUND 800$

    My electronic screening has been done and my girls are big girls now in Luxembourg ( my biological daughter 11 years being a citizen and my step daughter 18, holds a Luxembourg passport)
