    Being a frequent flyer, I really like KLM, so far they have been the most friendly airline I have been
    traveling with within the last 15 Years. UNFORTUNATELY, the male person on the Mexican Hotline
    was kind of strange. He was not unfriendly, but i didnt get the answers i was asking for, and he
    started to get annoyed with me after only 30 seconds. Well, I had to go to the KLM webpage, and
    read to him the ( partial ) answer to my question – he did not know nothing. Question was about
    possible restrictions about flying pregnant. KLM says: no problem of transportation up to 36 weeks,
    afterwards not forbidden, but not recommended. On another page it was stated, forbidden after
    36 weeks with KLM. I wanted to know the reality. He did not know nothing about weeks and any
    restricions, and just repeated the normal sermon, to be carefull. to maybe get a doctors allowance,
    and that it is at our own risk, the airline will not take responsibility etc.
    WELL, I expect from a PROFESSIONAL person to at least to treat me like a human being, and to
    know at least basics of his profession. I knew more than him, just by reading some KLM Web pages.
    Sorry KLM, it takes years to hook up clients, but only seconds to loose them.
    Naaa, first bad experience in over 15 years with KLM, this is a big compliment.
    By the way, afterwards I called the flight/health insurance connected with KLM, and the girl there
    was not only professional, polite and absolutely knew her job, but she also treated me in a very
    personal way – PERFECT & THANK YOU !
    By the way – I am a (race) car mechanic, and therefore I am used to rough conversations etc,
    how much anger must I have to write such a long comment ???!!!

      Hola Buenos días soy Liliana Castillo me dirijo con ustedes para exponerles mi inconformidad con la empresa respecto a lo sucedido el día 8 de enero de 2019 relativo al vuelo 686:
      1. Me presente a realizar mi documentación para el vuelo mencionado junto con mi hija una menor de 11 años que viajaba conmigo en donde la primer mala noticia fue el vuelo demorado dos horas en el tiempo de salida de 21:55 pm cambia a 00:05 am.
      2.En su página de internet informan que tengo derecho a documentar dos maletas por persona a lo cual el personal de la aerolínea me indica que no es así y que tengo que pagar 100 USD por maleta porque solo puedo llevar una por persona a lo que les digo que la información en su página web es de dos por pasajero y ellos indican que no que es una por persona y si quiero llevar la segunda es un costo extra como ya lo indique y pues tuve que pagar los 100 USD .
      3. Después de todo esto llego a la sala de espera para abordar a la hora indicada 00:05 y ya dentro del avión viene una demora de más de tres horas para poder despegar a lo que pregunto que sucede y nos informan que están reparando una falla en el avión y personal de sobrecargos nos informan que el avión es muy viejo, que es muy ruidoso, que le falla el aire , que ya no debe dar servicio pero que lo van a sacar de circulación hasta el otro año a lo que yo pregunto Cómo es que vamos a cruzar el océano Atlántico en este tipo de avíon averiado y me responden por eso lo están checando y por eso tardan mucho todo esto lo escucha mi hija a lo que comienza a preguntar si es seguro volar en este avión que no le da confianza lo que le ocasiona estresarse y consecuencia de lo mismo se sintió mal durante el vuelo (malestar estomacal, náuseas,etc) por lo que solicito al personal de sobrecargos me auxilien con algún medicamento para lo que ya mencioné y ellos me proporcional melox y paracetamol que pues no ayudo ya que mi hija tuvo nauseas y pues tuvo que vomitar durante el vuelo.
      4. Todos estos malos momentos desde la documentación, demora del vuelo y yo pago lo que la empresa me impone por la maleta , la espera a bordo por más de 3 horas me ocasionaron la pérdida de mi tour nocturno y matutino en la ciudad de Ámsterdam y lo manifesté con el personal de la aerolínea y la verdad yo contaba las horas perdidas en la demora y espera por reparación en todo ese tiempo perdido ,obviamente cuando aterrizamos ya era muy tarde nosotras llegamos a nuestro hotel pasando las 10pm y obviamente no estábamos ni en el horario ni en las mejores condiciones de realizar lo que teníamos planeado en la ciudad de Ámsterdam.
      Mi pregunta y solicitud es yo regreso a Mexico el día 26 de Ámsterdam yo tengo mi equipaje y después de todos los inconvenientes y malos momentos con el vuelo , No se me hace justo que haya pagado por un servicio que para mi es un mal servicio que atenta contra mi seguridad y la seguridad de todos los pasajeros , esto no me lo informaron a la hora de comprar los vuelos una demora por salida y muchas horas de espera es demasiado tiempo que nadie recupera esta es una inconformidad que bajo las leyes se convierte en QUEJA ante PROFECO en la CDMX mi pregunta es la siguiente De que manera me van a indemnizar por lo que perdí y no pude recuperar ,yo programé nuevamente los itinerarios en Ámsterdam y como aseguro que no los voy a perder, quien por parte de la aerolínea me va a reembolsar lo que pague ?
