I bought my daughter-law 3 tickets from Stavanger, Norway to SFO. When they arrived at the airport they were involuntarily asked to book another flight and given an EMD Passenger Receipt. It is CPN 1 DIR IRG – INVOLUNTARY BC REFUNDABLE for 3 passengers:. They had to wait for the next flight 4 hours in Stavanger with a 4 year old and 6 year old with only a 40 min transfer in Amsterdam. Lots of stress involved. They are presently vacationing in Calif. scheduled to return 4/20 on KLM We’ve unsuccessfully been trying to initiate a cash refund by phone and on the computer and nobody can help us. One says only I can initiate the refund because I purchased the tickets initially, another could not find or help us at all and yet another says my daughter-in-law “might be able” to initiate the refund at the KLM desk in Stavanger but cannot call Norway KLM to confirm. You see our dilemma. We need to know how to get the refund and if we do this in Calif or Norway. BTW she prefers the refund be in kroner. Please call me or email me on the email below for more information. I have the online check in code with one number & 5 letters.

Impossible to get through to help desk. I am being disconnected all the time because waiting time is more than 30 minutes. You claim Covid is the reason for a lot of extra requests but you then have to put on more agents.
I need to know what happens if I book a ticket for travel to the US in November and I will not be allowed to travel beacuse of Covid restrictions. Will I get a full refund?
