After 24 hours, you have not rebooked us and we are at risk of missing our flight. You do not answer your phones and your website does not provide any information on how to get out of Rome.

arrived with kl 1601 from Amsterdam to Rome on Monday Sept. 27th. (booking code J8J7ES) due to strike bagage stayed in the aircraft and probably was sent back to Amsterdam. Via klm call center in Manilla I( I waited more than an hour on the phone to get codntact) filled in a form with reference number AMSKL65436. I check every hour since Monday 27th noon…… the text which is coming up is: “item located / pending confirmation” I have called many KLM numbers and nobody is answering the phone or hanging up immediately.
I did not expect this “service” from KLM.
I sincerely hope you can help me and please inform me where my suitcase is at the moment and who I can contact by phone to make arrangements for delivering my suitcase on my temperoray address in Rome.

My daughter from the Netherlands lost her ID in Rome. the consulate advised us that see does not need an temporary ID-card to travel back to the Netherlands if at least the carrier agrees on this. She has an official police declaration of the loss of her wallet. can you confirm us please that see will be allowed on the flight FCO-AMS with only a photocopy of her passport and the declaration of the Rome police about the loss of her wallet.
