    Hej, jag hade en bokning med er mellan LPI-AGP i september 2018 som jag bokade redan nov 2017. Denna resa blev sedan Ƥndrad av er och ombokad redan i december. Jag blev tillsagd att reklamera efter hemkomst eftersom vi fƶrlorade 1,5 dag pƄ resmƄlet. Jag har lƤmnat in om kompensation och fick den godkƤnd 26 nov -18 ( ref 12457134001). 1 vecka senare fƄr jag ett nytt mail dƤr ni tar tillbaka det utlovade beloppet. Detta med fƶrklaring att dom gjort ett misstag. Jag tycker dƄ att vi inte ska betala fƶr deras misstag utan det fƄr KLM stƄ fƶr. Vi hade i det hƤr fallet inte bara fƶrlust av semestertid utan div fel info om Transavia som vi fick Ƅka med AMS-AGP t/r som inte stƤmde och fƶrsvƄrade vƄr resa. Jag har protesterat ett antal gƄnger, men fƄr samma svar (kopia ) till svar varje gƄng. Mycket dƄligt av ett sƄ stort flygbolag som KLM. Vem kan ta ansvar fƶr detta och vart kan jag vƤnda mig fƶr att fƄ rƤtt i det hƤr. VƄrt bokningsnr var JRX2TL

    Hur kan KLM skylla pƄ att vanligt enkelt bagage inte fƄr plats i flygplanet? Detta rƄkade vi ut fƶr pƄ hemresa frƄn Edinburgh via Amsterdam till Kƶpenhamn. Bagaget kom visserligen hem, men tre dagar efter vi landat i Kƶpenhamn. Har KLM minskat bagageutrymmet fƶr att fƄ plats med fler passagerare? Samma ska hƤnde pƄ utresan, men dƄ andra medresenƤrer. De fick dock inte vƤnta mer Ƥn till kvƤllen innan deras bagage kom till hotellet. Mitt fƶrtroende fƶr KLM har sjunkit katastrofalt. Kan jag undvika det kommer KLM att finns bland de flygbolag jag inte vill Ƅka med.

NĆ„gra dagar senare belastades kontot igen med samma belopp. Enligt banken gƶr KLM sĆ„ fƶr att fƶrsƤkra sig om att pengar finns pĆ„ kontot….men varfƶr belasta kontot tvĆ„ gĆ„nger?

    One star or less. What is happening to KLM? At one time very efficient, it is now no better than a low cost budget airline when trying to contact them. When calling the Stockholm office I got put on hold for 1 1/2 hours yesterday, then gave up. Your working (?) hours were until 20.00 but nobody answered. Why not clearly state your working hours monday – friday, closed sat, sun. When you have long waiting times why not tell us our place in the queue and how many minutes we can expect to wait so we can decide if itĀ“s worth hanging on or to call back later. And for heavenĀ“s sake, please change that dreadful repetetive music loop which jangles your nerves even more. Change to a calming adagio from a violin concerto eg. Bruch no 1 played by Anne Sophie Mutter, itĀ“s long enough to help with the waiting.
    The main problem though is jinxes in your website and app. I tried to enrol in the Flying Blue system and it wonĀ“t accept the temporary password KLM sent me. I have not yet got a number and it tells me a have several email addresses so cannot log in. A Catch 22 situation! If the maintenance of the KLM planes is anything like the online customer service , then the planes will soon be falling out of the skies. I am ready to book with Iberia if I cannot speak to someone at KLM soon who can fix these nuicances so I can book.

    NƤr det sedan gƄtt 2 tim i kƶ sƄ stƤng linjen ner.
    Vidare fƶrsƶkt pƄ er sida att omboka men det gƄr inte. Har pratat med er via Messenger och det Ƥr trƶgt och vƤldigt omstƤndligt.

    C-4603983. This complaint was raised 2 months back for mishandling the baggage. All required documents and damaged products were shared as requested. Customer service stated due to huge traffic, compensation will be delayed. After 15 days, no communication happened from KLM and no revert was coming back either despite regular follow ups. Finally after 2 months of continuous follow-up an email stepped in that your case is closed due to no response from my end. A classic case of a bad customer service management.
    Has #airfranceklm went down so badly that to reimburse 1601 SEK they have started acting weird ?
