    KLM customer service in Stuttgart , Germany. Abysmal service. The worst customer service has been delivered this morning after many years using various airlines. The male attendant at Stuttgart airport provided unquestionable and undisputed the worst and horrible service even by my German standard service experience.

    ich versuche seit gestern eine Rückerstattung bzw. eine Umbuchung meines Fluges nach Alicante aufgrund der Risikowarnung vom Auswärtigen Amt für Spanienreise vorzunehmen. Jedoch ohne Erfolg. SYstem bricht immer ab und ich kann niemand erreichen. Buchungsnummer U3WWTI auf Futterer. Flug Dienstag. Daher nur noch Zeit bis heute Sonntag 11 Uhr.

    Hi, I would like to extend my gratitude to KLM ground staff in Stuttgart Airport who are on duty on 4 Sept 2021 work at about 10am between counter 336 – 339 for helping me on booking my tickets and re-schedule. Due to my PCR result didn’t receive in time the lady staff have extend her service to help me ask the next shift staff to help reschedule my ticket and explain that I miss the earlier flight not because of I’m no show. I didn’t get the lady staff name and the next shift a male staff who work between 1pm help me to reschedule my tickets. Both of them has been very helpful arranging for my tickets re-schedule and patience with me waiting for my PCR test result, as soon as I’ve got my result he immediately help to check my in into the fastest flight for me so that I can catch my next connection flight back to Singapore. Again I want to say a great Thank You to both of them.

    Klm it’s pathetic,just trying to get your online services is too much work and the website leads nowhere.
    I have been trying for a two days now just to get The Germany customer care number buts nothing,
    Website just takes you round and round the same thing.
    I hope their is a better way

    My name is Ann Nyawira-Bentele. I had a flight on the 6th April From Nairobi to Stuttgart and I arrived on the 7th April. I checked two bags and only got one upon arrival.I have been tracing my bag online and currently they have even closed my tracing baggage Account.I contacted the Office in Nairobi and they have told me to speak to KLM in Stuttgart. I do not know where the KLM offices are in Stuttgart and even their opening hours.Could you please advice?

    leider ist es nicht möglich, mein Anliegen über Ihre Website zu artikulieren. Zwei Anträge zur Erstattung von Mehrkosen, die durch Ihre zweimalige Stornierung eines Fluges entstanden wurden mit dem Ergebnis UPS; DA IST ETWAS SCHIEFGELAUFEN am Ende abgebrochen. In der Telefonhotline zu warten- ebenfalls illusorisch.
    Deshalb versuche ich es auf diese Weise:
    Betrifft die BuchungsnummerRHTK7TM
    Guten Tag, leider war die Hinreise von Stuttgart nach Humberside, die für den 9. Juli (Abflug 6Uhr) geplant war von Ihnen storniert worden. Als wir zum neuen Zeitpunkt Abflug 9:40 in Stuttgart erschienen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Flug von Amsterdam nach Humberside ausfällt, und die ursprüngliche Verbindung stattgefunden hat. Das war sehr verwirrend für uns. Der Flüge am Sonntag 10.7. fanden dann schließlich statt, allerdings mit 6 Stunden! Wartezeit in Amsterdam. Für zwei Extrafahrten zum Flughafen Stuttgart entstanden uns Mehrkosten von 100Euro. Da wir unser Appartment 1,5 Tage nicht nutzen konnten entstand für uns ein Verlust von 150Euro. Wir beantragen die Erstattung von 250Euro und eine Entschädigung für den gesamten Ärger.
