    KLM doesn’t respect the customers when you don’t take calls about missing luggage. Only an online service that doesn’t respond to the worries of the customers is deplorable, under all criticism. I expect to be able to call your company using Swedish and talk to you about the missing luggage of my daughter who is in Athens until Saturday.

    You save up a lot of money to make a joyful trip but after entering KLM flights you spend your trip in sad worry and without the things you intended to use during the trip. Instead, you have to spend time buying alternatives that might not be the same at all. I understand that you have problems at the moment, but you don’t solve them by ignoring the customers. I will not recommend KLM in the future if you don’t make contact.

    This is the forth note I have left hoping someone will contact us. We book a return flight Booking Ref K8W1ZR
    This flight was cancelled without us being notified and booked 24 hours earlier.we tried to contact someone to discuss this but found it impossible as the lines were either busy or it rung out. So I contacted someone by email chat and received a reply on the 21st May with reference C-5012375 as of today we are still waiting for someone to contact us. We decided to check our flights in case they had been changed only to find that the flight No KL 1440 and KL 453 was cancelled and we was not notified. We did try to contact Customer Services but the phone was never answered. We then went out to Aberdeen Airport to see if we could discuss this with a KLM person but found there was no KLM desk to discuss so we spoke to a nice girl on the enquiry desk who contacted KLM a office who informed us about the change of times but this wasnā€™t suitable so we indicated that we would discuss what we would do and contact KLM by email. Once we discussed this problem we found that our flights had been changed without our agreement and discussion. We are not happy and would like someone to contact us to discuss this sooner rather than later please.

    op 5 Oktober hebben wij onze retour vlucht van Bonaire naar Brussel met vertrek datum op 07 Oktober gewijzigd via de KLM-website, voor nieuwe retour datum werd geboekt op 17 Oktober,
    deze omboeking werd via de website KLM wel bevestigd en voor ons was de nieuwe boeking OK voor 17 Oktober,
    vandaag 16 Oktober constateren we bij het inchecken dat onze boeking weer op 07 Oktober staat, en niet op 17 Oktober zoals onze boeking met ref: L8UHHS

    Good morning,
    Who at KLM can we contact to find out what the transfer process is at Schiphol airport? My husband has only 50 minutes to transfer once he lands at Schiphol on Tuesday 25/10/22. He is connecting to a Barbados flight and has been told that 50 minutes is not enough time AFTER the ticket was bought.
    We have tried to call both KLM and Lastminute.com but nobody can help. He even bought a ticket for an earlier single flight to Schiphol but was told this can jeopardise his entire journey.
    Please help. We only have a few days left

    BAHKL167595/29 Oct 22/1856 GMT…This is my File no initiated by airport duty staff after I reported that I have found one of my luggage (suitcase bag) damaged, upon arrival from USA VIA Amsterdam. i tried my best to get into the system to get customer support but not possible. NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME SO FAR .. i found this website < maybe not specific but i have no other way to get in touch ..

    I boarded a KLM flight KL164 from Amsterdam to Kampala on 29th April. I lost my baggage however it was recovered and delivered yesterday with missing items.

    The missing items include;
    1. A pack of gift bags ordered from Amazon (very light like less than half kg)
    2. 5 office pants
    3. 3 packs of chocolate
    4. Light house sandals
    5. Makeup- lipstick, moisturiser and foundation

    My wife is Ecuadorian. She flew from Tokyo to Quito via Amsterdam on KLM Airlines. She received her suitcase in Quito, but the handle of her bag was damaged and missing, and the resin on the top and sides was cracked and could not be reused.
    She complained to KML at the airport, after which she emailed a picture of the damaged bag to KML in Quito, asking for reimbursement.
    “KLM sent me an email with accident number: C-6263107, but since then there has been no action until today,” my wife in Quito emailed me. My wife and I, who travel a lot abroad, cannot accept the dereliction of duty by the staff of KLM Airlines Quito. Please investigate and make amends as soon as possible. (This conment is 2nd times) Waiting your reply.
