Hello. I am trying to retrieve an item sent to your lost and found. Your Korean Air office in Seoul said to pick it up from your office at the airport. However, it can only be picked up during office hours (in the night) and my friend who can pick it up will only be inside the terminal in the morning. Is there a way to pick up outside of the terminal, or to leave somewhere for pick up at a time that your office is closed? I do not think they allow people inside the airport without a ticket.
