My name is APAITIA WAQANIBORO ROKOTUNI and I was on flight KE138 from NADI to SEOUL on 06 SEP19 sitting on seat 52D
Upon disembarking in Seoul, I then realize that my phone was not with me. I asked the service counter at the Incheon Airport but was not very helpful, as she said they cannot re-enter the plane to check it out. And I had asked if it could be entered into the system so that I can be informed if my mobile phone has been found. To date, its a week now, I have not heard anything.
I am seeking your assistance in this matter. I lost my mobile phone SAMSUNG on the flight. It has a brown cover with back pockets that has my Fiji driving license and my BSP Bank ATM card. Seeing your assistance that if found, could you please let me know as I will be on the flight back to Fiji on KE 112 on 22SEP19 and will arrive in Seoul from Guam at 5.55am. If found, please let me know where I can pick it up from the Incheon airport when I arrive on that day
