In the light of the news that Mactan Airport will be conducting repairs on runways on September1-29, 2018, how will it affect my flight to USA via Incheon on flights KE 632 and KE 023 on Sep 03, 2018 leaving 1205AM

My wife and I are flying back to Boston on 28 March from Mactan Airport, with a layover at the Incheon International Airport. If certain flights are being diverted from airports in South Korea due to the outbreak of c-virus in some places in South Korea, should I make some contingencies for our return trip.

I was at the Lapu Lapu office at the time this email was sent and was told that nothing could be done until the flight was delayed but as the time I received this email the flight WAS already delayed. The telephone number given is a landline inaccessible by cell phone in Lapu Lapu. Now I will need to wait until tomorrow to return to the office to get the delta portion of my flight rescheduled by Korean air! Korean Aircresponse to this situation at Mactan airport has been horrible and extremely late. It is difficult for me to schedule accommodations while not knowing any certain schedule! I tried earlier in the week to contact Korea air from Siquijor but as mentioned all the phone numbers are inaccessible to cell phones and no online chat service is available on Korean Air website. Terrible customer service on many aspects
